Van Info
Wheelchair Getaways' vans are modified according to the recommendations and guidelines of The Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA) and The National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA). Knowledgeable staff is available to demonstrate use of the adaptive features that insure safe and comfortable transportation. Our mini size vans include:
· 10'' Lowered floor
· Wheelchair Ramp
· Securement system for wheelchairs or scooters
· Hand controls, Transfer seat, Spinner Knob
· Power doors
· Plush Interiors
· Air Conditioning
· Automatic Transmission
· Outside Entry Control
· AM/FM radio and CD player
· Removable passenger seat

Rental Rates
- 1 Day: $125.00
-Multiple days:$110.00 first day then $99.00 per day
-Monthly: $79.00 per day

Mileage Charges
Rental fee include 100 free miles per day, accumulative. Any additional mileage above and beyond this allotment is charged at $0.40 per mile.
Fuel Charges
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of gas and should be returned with a full tank. We will charge $5.00 a gallon for refueling.
Late Fees
We expect the Van back in the 24 hour frame work of the contract. Late fees will be applied at $12.00 and hour up to a days rental.

Rental Requirements
- Minimum Driver age of 23 years old
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proper Insurance coverage (comprehensive collision coverage which
includes coverage for driving a rental vehicle)
- Information must be verifiable
Rental Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your reservation
- 1-2 day rental, deposit of $110.00
- 3-4 day rental, deposit of $209.00
- 5 days and more, deposit of $308.00
- We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express
Policy
- If you use a service animal, please inform us at the time of the reservation. Service animals are the ONLY animals allowed in our vehicle. Unauthorized pets will be subject to cleaning and damage charges of $75.00.
-No smoking in our Vans, a $100.00 clean up fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure your Reservation
Deposit: 1 days rental for 1 to 2 days:2 days rental for 3 to 4 days: 3 days rental for more than 5 days
- More than one week notice - 100% of deposit returned
- 72 hours or more notice - 50% of deposit will be charged
-Less than 72 hours notice - NO refund of the deposit
**NO REFUNDS ON EARLY RETURNS**
